Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop: Pet Safety Month
Is it really July 1st? That means it’s Pet Safety Month at BlogPaws. We want pets kept safe and sound year round. With summer vacations in full bloom, pets are traveling in droves with their families. According to AAA and Best Western International, it is believed that 51 percent of pet parents take their pet with them when they travel! Couple that with the fact that more than 61 percent of U.S. households have more than one pet, and the conclusion is: We love and travel with our pets! So let’s keep them safe, folks. Consider blogging about pet safety this month and sharing your posts both in the BlogPaws Community and on our growing Facebook group for BlogPaws Community members.
In honor of this Pet Safety Month throughout July, check out this photo from the BlogPaws Community from Ron Pia. Ron says, “I met Donna, a Dachshund with two legs, last year at the DogLovers Show in Sydney, Ausrtralia. Her ownwer is a Vet and Donna evidently rules the Practice. Donna is a little dog with a spinal injury which has made her hind legs inoperatable. But that has not slowed her down. Fitted with a wheel cart, Donna was on a tear around mission at the Dog Lovers Show. She ran from one dog food treat exhibitor to another. “
