  1. I made goals for each month of the year and am glad to say I accomplished 80% of them. I felt the smaller portions made them more doable. I learned new skills, am working where I wanted to, and am striving now toward many other goals. I feel more at ease going into the holidays instead of putting pressure on myself. I goal set all year, so my 2013 plan is ready to rumble.

  2. I started my New Years goals in December.
I’m going to record a video 1x a week (I’m already late, so 2 videos this weekend coming up).
I’ll be taking in as much education as possible to help me better manage my site and building my audience.
And I’m going to start looking for fellow bloggers who want to post regularly on my site; I’m tired of SEO people delivering poor quality content, but it would be nice to have a few different voices on my site.
    I’m excited!
