Diagram of a Blog | Site | Page

But-she-was-hereby Yvonne DiVita, BlogPaws Cofounder and Main writer at Scratchings and Sniffings

Not many people understand that the website you see as BlogPaws is actually a series of blogs, connected together using links and graphic elements. It's a blogsite – something that is becoming more and more popular today. The reason to have a blogsite instead of a website is simple – you control all the content. A blog, for all intents and purposes, is merely a content management tool.

A blogsite allows a small business owner to have a more robust presence online. By building blogs that are true to a specific purpose or category, and connecting them via the nets ability to bring pages together in a link system, you can create a site that has its own About page, it's own product page, or any other page you like. Because all of the blogs will resemble the "homepage", as they do in our blogsite, the online presence is perceived as a website.

Here's a diagram of OURs. It tells you where to find information… and, it may change soon as we are in redesign! The type is a bit small but if you click on the image, it will open in a larger format.
