Story: Pets Add Life – Join the Blog Hop
By Chloe DiVita, BlogPaws COE
I don't think anyone can deny that having pets adds so much to our lives. Twiggy and Onyx add love, affection, loyalty and of course smiles to my life. My dogs are probably the only two living beings that can cheer me up no matter what, guaranteed!
Since the holidays are coming up – and yes, I know Halloween hasn't even passed yet and usually I don't want to hear anything about the holidays until after my favorite holiday (Halloween), but this funny video is worth sharing. At least I think so. I hope you also get a kick out of it and it makes you LOL or BOL or MOL or COL (chitter out loud), whatever your fancy.
I smile and laugh every time I watch that video. It never gets old.
What do your pets do that keep you smiling and happy? This is a blog hop where we can share pictures, videos and/or stories about how our pets bring laughter into our lives and how much that makes us appreciate them. Whether it's a short post and a photo or a long post with a great story, we want to see and read all the ways your pets add to your life!
The Pets Add Life campaign is all about sharing the joys and benefits of being a pet parent. They have a pledge on their Facebook page that you can take to show your commitment to pets and they are running a contest right now where shelters have a chance to win a grand prize of $10,000!! Second runner up wins $3,000 and third runner up wins $2,000. Voting is open through November 16th and the winners will be announced on November 19th, which is National Get a Pal for Your Pet Day! That means I have 22 days to convince my husband that we need another pet. I swear Onyx and Twiggy want a cat! PAL also has some really funny videos about pet ownership. My favorite is the guinea pig.
Now, enter the blog hop, spread the word and let's share stories about how our pets make us smile! The blog hop will open until November 23rd at 11:59 PM MT. (UPDATED 11/18/12 – let's add more fun happy posts!)
