Daily News Bite: Colorado Bans Greyhound Racing

The state of Colorado announced it has banned the practice of greyhound racing in the state — a ban that animal activists and pet lovers across the country celebrated! The plight of racing greyhounds is well known and many of them live their lives in cages, brought out only to run and are destroyed.
