LOS ANGELES, CA — In response to the devastating wildfires currently ravaging California,  the Brady Hunter Foundation, in partnership with renowned wildlife biologist Jeff Corwin, has launched an emergency relief fund to aid the animal victims of these catastrophic fires. Kicking off with an impactful $31,000 — a nod to California being the 31st state to join the Union — this fund underscores the urgent need to support the animals suffering in the wake of these catastrophic fires.

The “Brady Hunter California Wildfire Animal Relief Fund” will support local animal rescue organizations on the frontlines, providing essential resources such as food, shelter, and veterinary care for animals displaced, injured, or at risk due to the fires. The funds will be directed to trusted charities working on the front lines with affected communities to save as many animals as possible.

To further amplify the impact, The Brady Hunter Foundation is committing to a dollar-for-dollar match for every donation made by the public, up to an additional $31,000, ensuring more money will go to help animals in need.

Josh Fox, founder of the Brady Hunter Foundation, explained why the foundation chose to launch this important initiative:

At the Brady Hunter Foundation, we believe in the power of community and the responsibility we all share in protecting the most vulnerable among us. The wildfires have left a devastating toll on California’s wildlife and domesticated animals alike. By establishing this fund, we’re staying true to our mission of giving a voice to those who cannot speak for themselves and ensuring that no animal is left behind in the face of disaster. Our commitment is simple: we will not rest until these animals are safe and reunited with their families.”

The California wildfires are not just an environmental crisis—they’re a tragedy for the millions of animals that call LA home. But we have a chance to make a real difference. By supporting local animal charities, we can help these animals survive and recover, giving them the care they need and the hope they deserve,” said wildlife biologist Jeff Corwin. “The Brady Hunter Foundation will help your donation make a positive impact on the domestic and wild animals who’ve suffered from this catastrophic calamity” he added.

The Brady Hunter Foundation invites the public to contribute to this important cause by visiting the campaign’s dedicated page at (http://www.bradyhunter.org/help-LA).

Donations will aid local charities and organizations providing emergency aid on the ground, making certain that every dollar makes a meaningful difference in the lives of animals affected by the wildfires.

Together, we can provide critical relief and save lives.
