Turbo, the tiny pup gets his wheels… made from toy parts! Turbo was born without any front legs, but other than that defect he has been deemed healthy and his owners wanted to do what they could to help him be as mobile as his littermates and a cart was devised for him. In most instances, puppies are not fitted with mobility devices until they are six months old, but Turbo’s pet parents didn’t want to wait that long.
